- How orders work
- Every website order is a reservation request. Add your size to the basket, send the request, and we will confirm availability within 24 hours before taking payment.
- Stock holds
- When the request is sent, available stock is held for that order. If we cannot fulfil it, we release the hold and let you know.
- Payment
- Payment is arranged after confirmation by bank transfer or in person for collection. The website does not ask for card details.
