AL3HD Collections ("we", "us", "our") is a modestwear brand operating in the United Kingdom. The data controller for this site is AL3HD Collections, contactable at contact@al3hd.co.uk.

When you place a reservation we collect your full name, delivery address, email and phone number so we can confirm stock and arrange delivery or local collection.

When you message us via the contact form we collect your name, email and message body so we can reply.

When you subscribe to our newsletter we collect your email address only.

We use PostHog to count anonymous, aggregated page views and on-site events (such as when a reservation is started or completed). PostHog is configured in cookie-free, in-memory mode — no cookies are set, nothing is persisted to your device between visits, and we do not track you across other websites. Data is processed in the European Union.

We process reservation and contact data on the basis of "contract" (Article 6(1)(b) UK GDPR) — to take steps at your request before entering a contract, and to fulfil that contract once accepted.

We process anonymous analytics data on the basis of "legitimate interests" (Article 6(1)(f) UK GDPR) — to understand how the site is used and improve it.

To confirm stock availability and process your order.

To arrange delivery or local collection.

To reply to your enquiries.

To send order-related updates (we do not send marketing emails unless you have explicitly subscribed).

Vercel — our hosting provider — processes the standard request data needed to serve the website.

PostHog — our analytics provider — processes anonymous, aggregated usage data. EU-region.

Resend — our email delivery and audience provider — processes order-confirmation and newsletter emails plus the email addresses required to send them.

Royal Mail / chosen courier — to deliver your order if you select delivery.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.

Reservation and order records are retained for 6 years after the order date to comply with UK tax record-keeping obligations (HMRC).

Contact form messages are retained for up to 24 months after the last reply unless deletion is requested earlier.

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing of, and port your personal data, and to object to processing. To exercise any of these rights, email contact@al3hd.co.uk and we will respond within 30 days.

You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

This site does not use tracking cookies. Our analytics provider is configured in cookie-free, in-memory mode.

We use your browser's local storage to temporarily save a half-completed reservation form so you can come back and finish it. It is cleared once your reservation is sent. You can clear it any time from your browser settings.
