AL3HD Collections ("we", "us", "our") is a modestwear brand operating in the United Kingdom as a sole trader.

The data controller for this site is AL3HD Collections, United Kingdom. You can reach us about your data at contact@al3hd.co.uk.

When you place an order we collect your full name, delivery address, email and phone number so we can take payment and arrange delivery or local collection. Card details are entered directly with Stripe and are never collected or stored by us.

When you message us via the contact form we collect your name, email and message body so we can reply.

When you subscribe we collect your email address, and record what you agreed to hear about (new releases, offers and discounts, or a particular colourway) and when you agreed. We only email you about the things you said yes to.

If you reach checkout and enter your email, and you have either ticked the box to hear about new releases and offers or already agreed to receive offers from us, we save your basket (the items, sizes and your first name) so we can send you one reminder if you don't finish your order. If neither applies, your basket is not saved.

We use PostHog to count anonymous, aggregated page views and on-site events (such as when a checkout is started or completed). PostHog is configured in cookie-free, in-memory mode. No cookies are set, nothing is persisted to your device between visits, and we do not track you across other websites.

PostHog data is processed on servers in the European Union. Transfers of personal data from the UK to the EEA are permitted without additional safeguards under the UK adequacy regulations.

We process order and contact data on the basis of "contract" (Article 6(1)(b) UK GDPR), to take steps at your request before entering a contract, and to fulfil that contract once accepted.

We process anonymous analytics data on the basis of "legitimate interests" (Article 6(1)(f) UK GDPR), to understand how the site is used and improve it.

We send marketing emails, including the basket reminder, on the basis of your "consent" (Article 6(1)(a) UK GDPR and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations). You can withdraw it at any time with the unsubscribe link in any email.

To reply to your enquiries.

To send order-related updates (we do not send marketing emails unless you have explicitly subscribed).

To send one reminder about a basket left at checkout, only if you have agreed to receive offers. Never more than one per basket.

Stripe, our payment provider, processes your card details and the order amount to take payment. Your full card number is entered directly with Stripe and never reaches our servers. Stripe is also a data controller in its own right for fraud prevention.

Vercel, our hosting provider, processes the standard request data needed to serve the website.

PostHog, our analytics provider, processes anonymous, aggregated usage data. EU-region.

Resend, our email delivery and audience provider, processes order-confirmation and newsletter emails plus the email addresses required to send them.

Royal Mail or our chosen courier, to deliver your order if you select delivery.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.

Order records are retained for 6 years after the order date to comply with UK tax record-keeping obligations (HMRC).

Contact form messages are retained for up to 24 months after the last reply unless deletion is requested earlier.

Saved baskets are deleted after 14 days, whether or not a reminder was sent.

If you unsubscribe, we keep a record that you did and when, so we can show we stopped emailing you.

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing of, and port your personal data, and to object to processing. To exercise any of these rights, email contact@al3hd.co.uk and we will respond within 30 days.

You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

This site does not use tracking cookies. Our analytics provider is configured in cookie-free, in-memory mode.

We use your browser's local storage to temporarily save a half-completed checkout form and the contents of your basket, so you can come back and finish. Both are cleared once your order is placed. You can clear them any time from your browser settings.
