AL3HD Collections is a modestwear brand operating in the United Kingdom. References to "we", "us" and "our" refer to AL3HD Collections. References to "you" and "your" refer to the person placing a reservation or contacting us.

We do not take card payments online. The website operates a reservation model: you select a size and submit a reservation request. We hold the stock and confirm availability within 24 hours.

Once confirmed, payment is arranged by bank transfer or in person at local collection. Your order is only complete once payment has cleared.

If we cannot fulfil a reservation we will let you know within 24 hours and no payment is owed.

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.

Launch prices are time-limited. The price applicable to your order is the one displayed at the time we confirm your reservation.

We deliver across the United Kingdom via Royal Mail or a comparable courier. Free standard delivery is available on orders over £50.

Free local collection is available in priority Birmingham and London collection areas, arranged on confirmation.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by the courier or factors outside our control.

You may return unworn items in their original condition within 14 days of receipt for a full refund of the item price.

To start a return, email contact@al3hd.co.uk with your order details. Return shipping is at your cost unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.

Refunds are issued via the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned item.

If your item arrives faulty or differs from what you ordered, email us within 14 days at contact@al3hd.co.uk and we will arrange a replacement or full refund including return postage.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.

All content on this website — including imagery, design, copy and the AL3HD Collections name and marks — is owned by AL3HD Collections or used with permission. You may not reproduce, distribute or use it without prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your order is limited to the price paid for the item in question.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
